Steam calls them achievements and PlayStation calls them trophies — the game tracks the same 46 unlocks on every platform. This guide covers all of them: story progression, combat milestones, boss mastery and collection completion, with a local progress tracker that works in your browser.

These track the critical path: tutorials, levels 10/20/35, the Gymnasium combat courses, and the epilogue. None are missable in a single run except where story choices diverge — see the endings guide.

• Locked and Loaded — finish all tutorials in the opening hours.
• Rookie Graduation — clear all four Combat Trainings at the Gymnasium.
• Public Anomaly Squad — view Rena and Soma’s epilogue after the credits.

The long counters: Battle Skills, Move Skills, Rush combos, Counter Attacks and Buddy Counters all accumulate naturally — but each has a fast farm if you are cleaning up post-game.

• Untouchable — 250 Counter Attacks; Ebisu Battle Sites are the densest farm.
• In a Frenzy — Rush 300 needs a buffed full-palette chain on a boss phase.
• All-Out Attack — kill any enemy with an Arcanum Awakening finisher.

Every story boss has a defeat achievement (most are hidden on Steam), plus three mastery tiers: no-damage, Rank A on all bosses, and everything again on Dread difficulty.

• Cool and Collected — any chapter boss, zero damage taken.
• Perfectionist / The Boss of Bosses — Rank A on every boss, normal and Dread.
• Flawless Victory — a single Rank A on Dread difficulty.

Three completion tracks: the Evidence Board (investigation, 50/75/100%), unlockable skills (50/80%), and world actions — Mystic Pass discovery and maximum-corruption Purification.

• Truth Seeker — 100% Evidence Board; finish before the final chapter locks districts.
• Multipotentiality — 80% of skills; hunt high drop-rate sites on the map.
• Messiah — Purify a max-corruption area in the late districts.
