Region 3: Ebisu

Ebisu is the southern anchor of Qliphah's playable Tokyo. By the time the story routes you here, the five-day clock is tightening and the map mixes high-level Battle Sites with the story Key Areas you actually need — the discipline of the late game is skipping fights that don't pay for their time.

Ebisu is a natural place to close out combat milestones before the endgame: enemy density supports Counter Attack grinding (Untouchable asks for 250), and the district's Battle Sites drop the higher-tier skills that the A Glimpse of Mastery achievement (50% of unlockable skills) tracks.

The conspiracy thread that started with Tiny True runs through Ebisu on its way to the endgame. Key Areas here are story-critical — several late Boss unlocks (the achievement-tracked Sovereign and Seraph fights) hang off Ebisu beats.
